...what was the web before Web 2.0? As I recall from the heady days when Geocities and Angelfire ruled the free web hosting universe, most of the content on the Internet was generated by - what were they called? - oh yes, people. So users produced content, then major websites blossomed which generated content out of ether, and now users are contributing content again. Splendid 2.0!
